About Mountain Alternatives

Mountain Alternatives is a home based E-business located in the Cohutta Mountains of North Georgia near the Tennessee State line.

After too many years of complicated city living, we decided a simpler and healthier life was warrented and desperately needed. Along with becoming just plain angry, uptight people, we were beginning to develop the industrialized diseases of Gastric Reflux, Diabetes, Obesity, Anxiety, Etc. WHOA! WAIT! We said. STOP THE MADNESS! 

So here we are. washing the sooty grunge from our faces and detoxing the pollution from our bodies. Good riddance to bad trash!

We have always believed in the holistic way of life and are committed to making it a reality rather than an idea. 

Mountain Alternatives is part of that commitment. We believe that health should be the norm with sickness the aberration. Not the other way around.With the experience of many years in the Natural Food Industry, we opened Mountain Alternatives with the simple idea  of returning to the grass roots of Natural Foods. Those products that naturally enhance, sustain and heal us.   

Mountain Alternatives is a work in progress. We will continue to research, explore and offer more products that can assist others in making their own commitment to health.
